Horizons Residential Care Center provides housing, education, and respite service for people with complex care needs across North Carolina.
We offer services from residential care to recreation and day programming for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Horizons Fall Fest is a fun-filled afternoon with games, live music, food, vendors, prizes and costumes for the residents - and the community to enjoy. Join us this fall on October 12th between 1 pm and 5 pm.

Horizons Holiday Lane celebrates the season with a festive drive thru light show at our Atrium location, along with a visit with Santa, hot chocolate, music and more. Opening night for the season will be on December 12th.

Join a compassionate community in supporting Horizons Residential Care Center during our Fall Festival and Holiday Lane events. Your sponsorship will directly benefit our residents—enriching their lives through joyful, inclusive, and uplifting experiences. Sponsorship opportunities are available for both community events.
