Registration has ended

About This Event

Discover the art of handmade filled pasta with Honey Grace Lopez, who has studied pasta around the world. She will guide you step-by-step in mixing flour and eggs by hand into artisanal dough, then shaping classic ricotta-filled pastas including ravioli, tortellini and mezzaluna. Enjoy tasting the class-made morsels together at the end of class.

What You'll Take Home:

  • Handmade pasta to freeze or cook within 24 hours
  • Tips and techniques to continue creating fresh filled pasta at home

About the instructor: Honey Grace Lopez managed the pasta room at Healdsburg's Molti Amici during its first year, as the restaurant earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand. She has taught pasta classes around the Bay Area and, with her husband, founded a business staging specialty pasta pop-ups and custom-ordered tiramisu.
