About This Event

Finish your week by tasting some of the best farm-fresh, hand-crafted cheese in the country with Jennifer Luttrell, executive chef of The Fork at Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company. You’ll get her tips for creating crowd-pleasing cheeseboards and make your own with delicious accompaniments like pickled grapes, along with her recipe. Learn what makes our region a hotbed for artisan cheese and taste two select wines as you get her ideas for pairing with locally produced varieties.

What You’ll Make and Take Home:

  • Fresh cheeses and charcuterie with wine pairings to enjoy in class
  • Custom-made cheeseboard with Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese and garnishes to take home

About the instructor: Jennifer Luttrell has been executive chef at The Fork since 2011, leading cooking and tasting experiences for farmstead guests. She completed her chef training at The Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City and later ran a farm cafe in Indiana.
