Celebrate the sweet traditions of an Irish tea party with Honey Grace Lopez, who trained at Ireland's renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. She will guide you step by step in making classic treats like scones, shortbread, and lemon drizzle bars, sharing her tips for perfect textures and flavors. You will be fully prepared to celebrate St. Patrick's Day without the green beer! At the end of class, enjoy your creations alongside a selection of teas and tisanes.

About the instructor: Honey Grace Lopez gained an appreciation for Ireland's culinary traditions while working on a 100-acre farm in West Cork. She teaches cooking classes around the Bay Area.
