About This Event
Join Community Resource Center and Consultants for Good (C4G) on April 21, 2026, from 11am–12pm for a collaborative, interactive conversation on Succession Planning — a space to ask questions and connect directly with an expert.
This is part of our 2026 “Ask an Expert” series, that will feature practical conversations on key nonprofit challenges like Motivational Interviewing, Diversifying Revenue, Leading Organizations in Times of Change, and additional sessions throughout the year!
Session Overview
Succession planning is not a one size fits all process for nonprofits. While rooted in a board approved policy to guide transitions, in practice succession planning is an incredible opportunity to reflect your key priorities in each discussion, decision, communication, and more.
Join us for a conversation led by Kate Kalstein as she highlights the key elements of succession planning and shares her concept of embedded strategy, leaving ample time for your questions about putting plans into practice.
Her approach supports organizations in embedding the key elements of success across all levels of operations.
