Ask An Expert- Program Sustainability

Registration ends Monday, 11/17/2025 11:59pm MST

About This Event

Join Community Resource Center and Consultants for Good on 11/19/25 for a collaborative, interactive conversation on Program Sustainability —  a place to ask your burning questions and connect with an expert. This is part of our four-session “Ask an Expert” series: each workshop spotlights a different nonprofit challenge and gives you direct access to nonprofit experts on strategic planning in uncertain times, program evaluation, board development, and program sustainability.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Access to an expert: Dive into the heart of this month's topic with seasoned consultants who’ve guided dozens of organizations.
  • High-level overview: We’ll open with a quick snapshot of key frameworks and best practices for the topic — just enough to spark your own ideas.
  • Your questions front and center: Share your specific challenges when you register, then bring them to the table—big or small, we’ll tackle them together.
  • Peer learning: Hear how other nonprofits have navigated similar issues, swap insights, and walk away with concrete next steps.

Whether you’re searching for a consultant partner, have a specific question about the month's topic, or simply curious about what’s working for your peers, this session is for you. Come ready to engage, collaborate, and co-create practical solutions!

👉 Reserve your spot and let us know where you need a hand—so we can roll up our sleeves and tackle it together.
