Funder Connections are an opportunity for peer-learning and discovering new funding opportunities for those who work and volunteer in the nonprofit community.

Participants will gain insight and information on the following:

  • History and priorities of the Colorado Health Foundation
  • Funding Initiatives and opportunities
  • Funding application submission and review process
  • Tips for success from the foundation officer
  • Opportunity for open dialogue and questions with the Colorado Health Foundation

The Colorado Health Foundation mission is to improve the health of Coloradans. They believe that health and well-being can be in reach for everyone. So, every day, they collaborate with organizations and communities across the state to break down the many systemic inequities that stand in the way of health.
