Coalitions amplify nonprofits’ voices, share resources, influence systems change, and advance community-driven solutions. Whether you are exploring a new partnership, considering joining an existing coalition, or looking to strengthen collaborative work already underway, this on-demand workshop will provide practical tools and guidance for building effective nonprofit coalitions. 

In this 3-hour workshop, participants will explore the purpose and power of coalition work, key considerations before launching or joining a collaborative effort, and strategies for navigating group decision-making and building consensus across diverse stakeholders. 

Designed for nonprofit staff, board members, community leaders, and advocates, this session offers actionable insights that can be applied to coalitions of all sizes and focus areas. 

By the end of this workshop, participants will:
