Every year, Compeer pairs hundreds of volunteer mentors with local youth, adults and veterans who seek this connection to improve their mental wellness. So on November 1, take a stroll with us downtown, get to know new friends, and show the community that no one has to walk alone.
Register today to join the fun and help raise dollars and awareness for mental health. Proceeds from the walk will support critical work that betters the lives of people facing mental health challenges in our community.

Each Compeer Mile registration includes a Compeer t-shirt. You’ll also have the option to add a reduced-admission ticket to the Strong Museum or an additional shirt to your order.

Where do I sign in on Compeer Mile day (Nov. 1)?
Check-in opens at 10:00 a.m. at Compeer Rochester (Monroe Square parking lot, 259 Monroe Ave.). The walk begins at 11:00 a.m.
Where do I park?
Parking is widely available on site at Monroe Square and can be accessed via two entrance/exit points: Alexander St at Pearl Street., and Union St. (one-way Northbound).
Can I register and pay on-site?
Yes. There will be a registration area set up next to the Compeer office. Registration on site is $40.
Where do I get my Walk 2026 T-shirt?
If your ticket included a shirt, you will receive it at registration.
Is the Walk route wheelchair and stroller accessible?
Yes. The Compeer Mile route is on sidewalks, so feel free to bring your little ones! (Kids under 12 are free!)
Are there restrooms?
There are restrooms in the Compeer office available before the walk.
How long/far is it?
The Walk is approximately one mile.
Where does the walk end?
The walk will end back at Compeer, where we will have photo opportunities, music and victory swag.
How can I continue the fun?
When registering, participants can also choose a ticket option that allows for discounted Strong National Museum of Play admission to enjoy the rest of their day at play.
