About This Event

On July 23, 2026, our global community gathers in Jacksonville, Florida to connect, practice, play, eat, drink, train, ask questions, listen to Jesus, tell stories, & build joy.

We're getting the gang back together!

In 2026, we will again gather our global community to:

  • Experience belonging in table churches and in-person breakout sessions.
  • Engage in participatory, skill based training in facilitation, the Immanuel approach, relational skills, and more to be announced.
  • Ground yourself in the deep-seated hope of knowing that you’re part of something bigger than yourself.
  • Experience concrete transformation that takes what you know and practice to a whole new level.
  • And… just have lots of fun together!

Not your typical conference.

The LK10 Leader Team Conference gathers the most eclectic, mature leaders who are living Joy-Fueled and Jesus-Led, and equips them further to be spiritual mothers and fathers.

This is not your typical “sit passively and take notes” kind of conference. It’s a community of practice in action— everyone is both a teacher and a learner.

How LK10 Keeps Registrations Costs Low

It's our priority to remove as many financial barriers as possible and get as many of our people together as we can. Because of this, LK10 always goes the extra mile to ensure costs for food, lodging, and conference are as low as we can make it for attendees.

  • We do not add any profit margin to our conference pricing. You are paying for food, lodging, and the costs to make the conference happen, and little to nothing else. Our only goal is to break even. Usually this means LK10 ends up bearing some added cost to the organization to ensure it doesn't fall on attendees. This is also why we cherish those of you who choose to give toward conference scholarship funding on top of your conference registration.
  • We have yet to hire fancy speakers or entertainment. Every session and workshop is lovingly donated/volunteered by people who LOVE LK10 and share our passion for keeping costs low for our global community.
  • We schedule in far in advance. We have begun booking hotels and venues YEARS in advance to get optimal pricing.

When you see LK10's conference pricing, you can rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get as many LK10ers together at the lowest possible price.

Facilitator Pre-Conference

All LK10 facilitators, both fully listed and those in training, are invited to arrive one day early for our facilitators pre-conference event. This is provided by LK10 at no cost to our facilitators, including the extra day or lodging and meals. The pre-conference is a time dedicated to focused connection and training in the areas particularly aligned with the needs and goals of LK10 facilitators. Before finalizing your registration you will be asked if you will be attending this added day of events.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay extra to come to the Pre-Conference for Facilitators?

  • No, we really mean it. Our facilitators are invited to the pre-conference at no additional cost. This includes your additional night at the hotel and eating with us!

How would a married couple register for the conference?

  • It’s simple. Each person must purchase a “Conference+ Hotel (Shared Room, 1 or 2 bed)” ticket. Married couples will receive a king size bed, unless two beds are requested.

I’m staying somewhere else locally. Can I still join the conference?

  • Yes! We actually encourage local people to come (and bring their Leader Team members)!  Just choose the “Conference Only” ticket during registration.

Can I bring my children?

  • Yes! Here’s what you need to know about bringing your children to the conference: Simply add on a “Child Ticket”  (age 4-10) or “Teen Ticket” (age 11-17) for each child. Children under 4 can attend free. No childcare or programs provided for children under 12. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for coordinating their own childcare. Teens will join in the youth table church during the event.
  • Parents are invited to join a "Parent Circle" to help plan activities for children and families during the conference. We will reach out soon to invite you to the circle.
