Join famous local chefs in the comfort of your own home for 4 virtual cooking classes — and do some good for foster youth while you’re at it!

This is your chance to cook along with 4 local chefs on these Sunday dates: October 25th, November 1st, 8th and 15th from 4:00-5:30 pm.

Ready to learn a new recipe and share it with your spouse or family? Our goal is to ensure that the meal and moments that are being created ignite a passion for cooking and fun - without having to leave your house. Besides the local chefs, you will be entertained by our very own Emcee Catherine Bosley.

STEP 1: Sign up for one or more cooking classes

STEP 2: You will receive a confirmation email

STEP 3: Prior to class, you will receive a shopping list, recipe and link to the virtual cooking class

STEP 4: On the day of your cooking class use the link given to you to join and follow along with the chef to cook your dinner for two

 


 

Sunday, October 25, from 4:00-5:30 pm
Chef Ariana Delgarbino will be teaching you how to cook Dinner for Two: Chili Rubbed Salmon with fall barley risotto with roasted acorn squash and pomegranates with Chardonnay balsamic and Kale and Brussel sprout salad.

 

  Sunday, November 1, from 4:00-5:30 pm
  Chefs Vernon and Tre Cesta will be teaching you how to cook Dinner for Two: Pan         
  Roasted Halibut or Scallops
with butternut squash risotto and Brussels sprouts.

 

  Sunday, November 8, from 4:00-5:30 pm
  Chef Joe Rzonsa will be teaching you how to cook Dinner for Two: Veal Scallopine  
  with baby arugula whipped Yukon Gold potatoes, sundried tomato butter, and minted
  haricot verts.

 

  Sunday, November 15, from 4:00-5:30 pm
  Chef Gabe Gouvas will be teaching you how to cook Dinner for Two: Chicken 
  Francaise
with baby Yukon potatoes and green beans.
