*Membership is open to individuals age 18 and over who are current or former members of Girl Scouts or any individual so inclined to commit to the purpose of Camp Rio Blanco Circle of Friends, and who are not current staff members of Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains so as to maintain the Corporation as a volunteer led organization.
