During our stay in New Orleans, on Saturday, October 25 at 6:30 PM, is New Orleans Official Halloween Parade. Called the Krewe of Boo, the parade route is just three blocks from the hotel. This parade and the activities surrounding it are a big deal in New Orleans so you won’t want to miss it. There will be lots of Halloween activities going on over that weekend and we will provide more special opportunities for individuals to participate in the parade in the near future. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
CSUSA's Conference Registration is based only on the true cost of meals, AV and registrant materials. Meals make up the lionshare of the registration cost. CSUSA begins ordering things and giving counts, based on registration, a few months before the event, so we must cover our costs with each cancellation.
Cancellations made by September 1 will receive the amount paid minus $50
Cancellations made between September 1 and October 10 will receive the amount paid minus $100
Cancellations made after October 10 will not receive a refund as CSUSA will have already included you in the count for meals and purchases.
