Why: Ensure that oncology healthcare professionals are aware of all the valuable resources available to cancer patients and their families in Maricopa County and throughout the state of Arizona.
Who: Oncology healthcare professionals, including oncologists, nurse navigators, social workers, nurses, nurse practitioners, community healthcare workers, promotoras, and others providing healthcare to people impacted by cancer.

5:00 - 5:15 PM: Check in and browse nonprofit tables
5:15 - 5:30 PM: Welcome and introductions of Cancer Collaborative Coalition, nonprofits and sponsors
5:30 PM - 6:15 PM: Tabling for healthcare professionals to meet with nonprofits
6:15 PM - 7:00 PM: Repeat welcome, introductions and tabling
