Join the Urban League of Broward County as a vendor for the 2025 Cultural Festival, a family-friendly event celebrating Black History Month with live entertainment, food trucks, and community resources.
*Please be advised that all vendor applications will be reviewed, and businesses will be notified of their status by January 6th. A vendor fee of $25 will apply for registrations completed by January 6th, while a fee of $35 will apply for registrations submitted between January 7th and January 18th.

Vendor Terms and Conditions for Cultural Festival These terms and conditions ("Terms") are designed to ensure the smooth operation of the cultural fair and the safety and satisfaction of all participants. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the following:
1. Eligibility 1.1 All vendors must submit a completed application form and pay the applicable fee by the specified deadline (01/18/25). 1.2 Only approved vendors will be allowed to participate. Approval is based on alignment with the fair’s cultural theme, space availability and completed application.
2. Setup and Tear Down 2.1 Setup Time: Vendors must arrive and complete setup between 7:00 am and 9:00 am on February 1, 2025. 2.2 Vendors arriving after the setup period may forfeit their booth location without a refund. 2.3 Vendors are responsible for setting up their own booths, including displays, and decorations. An 8x8 table will be provided for each vendor. 2.4 Tear Down Time: Vendors must begin tear down no earlier than 2:00 pm and complete by 3:00 pm on February 1, 2025. 2.5 Vendors leaving their space unclean or failing to remove all items will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
3. Booth Allocation and Display 3.1 Booth locations will be assigned by the organizers and are final. 3.2 Vendors may not relocate or extend their booths beyond the designated area without prior approval. 3.3 Displays must not obstruct other vendors or interfere with event traffic. 3.4 All decorations and materials must comply with safety regulations (e.g., no open flames unless permitted) and must be family-friendly. Electricity will not be provided.
4. Sales and Operations 4.1 Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses to sell their products. 4.2 Vendors must provide their own cash handling or payment processing systems. 4.3 All sales transactions are solely between the vendor and the customer. The Festival organizers are not liable for any disputes. 4.4 Vendors must remain open and staffed during The Festival's operating hours.
5. Conduct and Compliance 5.1 Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. 5.2 Vendors must comply with all local laws, fair policies, and directives from fair organizers. 5.3 Noise levels from booths (e.g., music, microphones) must not disrupt other vendors or attendees.
6. Liability and Insurance 6.1 The Festival organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. 6.2 Vendors are encouraged to carry their own insurance for liability and property damage. 6.3 Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless the organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation.
7. Cancellations and Refunds 7.1 All vendor fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 7.2 The organizers reserve the right to cancel the fair due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public safety concerns). In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued at the organizers' discretion.
8. Force Majeure The organizers shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
