Yoga - Mindful Outdoor Experience

About This Event

Mindful Outdoor Experience:

A Shared Journey of Movement, Mindfulness, and Connection with the Land

Step into a restorative outdoor experience designed to reconnect you with the wisdom of the natural world, your body, and community. Through brief place orientation, off-the-mat yoga movement, an easeful hike, guided mindfulness practices, and intentional time together on the land, you'll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, reawaken the senses, and strengthen a meaningful relationship with nature. This experience is nature-based with elements of forest bathing, meditation, and practical outdoor practices to help balance your nervous system.

Together, we'll explore practices that encourage presence, gratitude, and healing, honoring the land beneath our feet while nurturing a sense of balance and belonging. As we move, reflect, and share in community, we'll create space to restore the bond between ourselves and the more than human world around us.

This experience is open to all levels and offers a welcoming environment for anyone seeking peace, connection, and renewal. Whether you're new to these practices or have established practice, you'll leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and inspired by the healing power of nature and community.

What to Expect:

  • Brief Land Orientation and Welcome

  • Off-the-mat intervals of all-levels outdoor yoga movement

  • Guided mindfulness and grounding practices along with an easeful meaningful hike

  • Opportunities for quiet reflection and deep connection with the land

  • Community closing circle

  • Time to restore and reconnect with yourself and the natural world
