About This Event
Wild Discoveries Summer Camp Adventure (Ages 6–8)
Hosted by Carolina Waterfowl Rescue (CWR) Learning Center, this summer camp invites your child to explore, discover, and get wild in nature! This hands-on, outdoor experience is designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for wildlife and conservation.
Campers will head out on trail hikes, tackle exciting scavenger hunts, and meet the amazing animal ambassadors from Carolina Waterfowl Rescue. Along the way, they’ll learn about local plant life, play engaging games, and create fun arts and crafts. Each day is thoughtfully planned to balance learning, play, and unforgettable animal encounters.
Please note: This camp is not held at Carolina Waterfowl Rescue.
All camp activities will take place off-site at Stevens Creek Nature Center & Preserve.
Please make sure your child comes to camp with a packed lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle each day.
Dates: June 22 – June 26
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Camp Fee: $350 per camper

Siblings are welcome to attend camp together, even if they fall into different age groups.
Spots are limited, so register early for a week full of nature, wildlife, and summer fun!
