The Road to Liberty & Union with Jonathan Lane

Registration ends today at 5:30pm EDT

About This Event

In advance of Liberty & Union 250 Day (Oct. 19), Jonathan Lane, Executive Director of Revolution 250, will set the scene of the eve of the American Revolution. The year 1774 marked many acts of colonist rebellion including the County Conventions, the First Continental Congress, and of course, the raising of the Liberty & Union flag in response to the Intolerable Acts. Lane will walk us through these pivotal moments, the sentiments of the Patriots and the Loyalists, and much more as we prepare ourselves for the 250th anniversary of Taunton’s resistance of the Crown.

Free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required.
