Join us for an engaging panel discussion exploring the experiences of Queer BIPOC creators in various industries. Our panelists will share their personal journeys, the unique challenges they’ve faced, and the triumphs they’ve achieved while navigating spaces that often lack representation and inclusivity.
Featuring
Azka:
Azka (they/them) is a Southwest Asian interdisciplinary artist and community health educator based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Treaty 1 Territory. Their work focuses on cultural activism through art and education, with a strong focus on equity, identity, and relational practice. Through evocative poetry and lens-based artwork, Azka explores themes of diaspora, resilience, and intersectionality to inspire dialogue and connection within marginalized communities.
Vincent Wolfgang:
VINCENT WOLFGANG

Vincent is an indigenous artist from Gods Lake Narrows, who lives in Winnipeg, MB. They are a Photographer, Makeup Artist, and a Drag performer. They Graduated from Prairieview School of Photography in 2011. With a major in fashion and minor in Portraiture. With many experiences in different mediums, Vincent is always grabbing inspiration from music, sex, kink, and life experiences. They are always looking through a creative lens for their next project.

Faith Fundal is host of CBC Manitoba’s Up to Speed, bringing you the day’s top local, national and international stories. Faith is an award-winning News and Current Affairs multimedia journalist well known for getting to the heart of stories that spark meaningful conversation.
Faith is also host of They & Us, a national award-winning podcast from CBC British Columbia, inspired by Faith’s own journey exploring gender identity.
Born in the Philippines and raised in Metro Vancouver, Faith is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Broadcast and Media Communications Journalism program. Prior to joining CBC in 2008, they worked as a writer, radio reporter and news reader in Vancouver, Kamloops and Prince George.
