The event features the Recess Racers’ Kids’ Zone, including the popular Finish Line Fleet with interactive vehicles, hands-on activities for children, a community Vendor Fair, food trucks, and more. It is an active, welcoming space where runners, families, local businesses, and civic leaders gather not just to compete, but to show up for one another.
At its heart, the Dash supports the mission of Davis House Child Advocacy Center. When child abuse is reported in Williamson County, Davis House serves as the coordinated response center, providing child forensic interviews in a safe, neutral setting, family advocacy, trauma-focused therapy, and leadership of the multidisciplinary Child Protective Investigative Team. All services are provided at no cost to the families served.
Proceeds from the Davis House Dash sustain these critical programs so that when a child needs help, the response is immediate, coordinated, and compassionate. The event is both a fundraiser and a public affirmation that Williamson County stands behind its children.
