For many Americans, the 250th anniversary of our nation’s Founding was little changed from past July Fourth celebrations: a day off, barbeque, and fireworks.
For us, this anniversary holds a far deeper meaning.
It marks 250 years of an extraordinary experiment in self-government—one built on the enduring idea that We the People are the source of government’s authority, not the other way around. This promise has inspired generations of Americans to defend the liberties secured by our Declaration of Independence and protected by our Constitution.
Pacific Legal Foundation was founded in 1973 to preserve and advance the same freedoms our Founders risked everything to secure. Thanks to supporters who share that mission, we’ve spent the past 53 years standing with everyday Americans facing unjust government overreach.
We’ve never wavered from that mission. Not once.
With more than 200 active cases nationwide, an 18-3 record at the U.S. Supreme Court, and a dedicated team of relentless freedom fighters, we continue to shape the future of liberty—one client, one case, and one victory at a time.
