Join us for a beautiful night at Cedar Run!
This 3-course dinner is designed to celebrate all things mushroom! Each dish will prominently feature a different mushroom. Along the way, chef and local forager Nicholas Shankin (@suburban_forager) will discuss each dish and the featured mushroom, as well as best practices for foraging and cooking with mushrooms in your own kitchen.
Perfect for a date night, our Moonlit Mushroom Dinner offers a delicious, sit-down dining experience. Held at Cedar Run under the autumn stars, guests will enjoy each course from our prix fixe menu while learning about the fungi of the Pine Barrens. After dinner, our fire pit will be open with s'mores available as dessert.
Guests will leave with their own recipe card so that they can recreating the dishes served at home.
This event is 21+. BYOB - beer & wine only. Prix fixe menu TBA.
