Coffee with the Head - January 24, 2025

All Pacifica Parents are invited to attend our next Coffee with the Head on Friday, January 24, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Andrew’s Church. Registration is required—please sign up using this form.

This year, we are actively drafting our next strategic plan—Pacifica 2030. As part of this process, we are exploring several key initiatives, including the primary focus of this coffee: a conversation about future athletic leagues.

At the coffee, we will discuss how a potential league change could create meaningful opportunities to further strengthen Pacifica’s unique mission and our holistic approach to student teaching and formation. I will share our thought process, current realities, potential options, and the steps ahead in this important decision-making journey.

With more than 80% of our students participating in at least one sport annually, I recognize this topic is of significant interest and importance to many of our families.

Please note that, unlike previous gatherings, this coffee will not be recorded. To ensure you don’t miss this critical discussion, I strongly encourage at least one member of your family to attend.

At Pacifica, we believe that thoughtful planning, prudent execution, and intentional resource development are essential to the success of any non-profit. We approach these processes with the utmost care and seriousness. The more informed and engaged our community is in the school’s plans for the future, the greater our impact will be in forming young people to think and live well.
