Each year, our graduating seniors proudly announce where they will continue their journey after high school. Decision Day is a moment to celebrate the hard work, determination, and resilience that brought them to this milestone.
At HFCA, our mission is to send scholars to and through college, and Decision Day is a powerful reminder of what that mission looks like in action. It’s a day filled with pride, joy, and inspiration as students reveal the next step in their future surrounded by classmates, teachers, families, and supporters who have helped them along the way.
This celebration also highlights the importance of college exposure experiences that help our students imagine what is possible. Many HFCA scholars are the first in their families to pursue higher education, and visiting college campuses can be a transformative experience, helping them see themselves in spaces they may have never thought possible.
As part of this year’s celebration, we have been graciously offered a $30,000 challenge gift! When matched by our community, this gift will fund college visits that allow students to walk campuses, meet current college students, and begin envisioning their own future in higher education.
Your support helps ensure that every HFCA scholar has the chance to explore their future and take the next step toward college and career success.
