Winter Tutoring Program for Ages 5 to 7 - Nine sessions

This one-on-one tutoring program is geared towards participants ages 5 -7. DSC’s tutoring sessions provide direct academic intervention to students with Down syndrome. Tutoring sessions vary based on student strengths and needs while applying specific strategies, resources, and activities. Tutoring sessions include personalized learning materials to support participants during academics focused on Individualized Education Plan related goals, homework, and focused academic skills.
Registration: Please contact Leia Steffas at leia@dscpugetsound.org to register for Fall tutoring. Tutoring is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once registered, families will complete an intake meeting, and participants will have an in-person assessment to determine the goals for the session.
