About This Event

Description:  This course is appropriate for parents/guardians, caregivers, and family members who would like to increase their knowledge of behavioral principles to best support prosocial behavior development across settings. Topics will include functions of behavior, proactive strategies, reactive strategies, and teaching new skills. Concepts and strategies covered in this course are rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The goal of this course is to increase understanding of behavioral concepts as well as provide a space to build community and connection with other families. 

Program Highlights: 

  • Time frame: July 27-30

    •  Monday-Thursday from 4:00-5:00 with 4 classes total 

  • Format: Virtual via Microsoft Teams. Link to be sent following registration

  • Cost: $150 ; $125 for early registration (before April 30)

Financial aid is available upon request for qualifying individuals.
