New Orleans Earth Day Fest 2026

About the Event:

New Orleans' Earth Day Festival, brought to you by The Cheek Law Firm and Louisiana Bucket Brigade, is a FREE day-long celebration of our planet. The day includes live local music, Ms. Val's Food Truck and Sno-balls, green vendors, artists, kids' activities and organizations that prioritize sustainability and are protecting our state, our culture, and the people and places we love.  

Performance Schedule:

T. Marie & Bayou JuJu at 12:00 noon (Pavilion)

Gov't Majik at 1:00 p.m.

Cultural Ties Dance & Percussion at 2:15 p.m.

Sally Baby's Silver Dollars at 2:45 p.m.

The Soul Rebels at 4:30 p.m.


Our Mission: Louisiana Bucket Brigade uses grassroots action to hold the petrochemical industry and government accountable for the true costs of pollution. We work to create an informed, healthy society that hastens the transition from fossil fuels.

What to Expect

Parking & Getting There:

Parking will be limited to street parking.  Consider the following for a more earth-friendly, low-carbon mode of getting there:

  • Bike it! The Broadside is very close to the Lafitte Greenway, so biking is a great option, and we are partnering with Bike Easy for Bike Valet Services to keep your bike safe and secure throughout your time.
  • The Broadside is accessible by the Canal St. Streetcar.  It's just at a 10 minute walk from the Canal Street / Broad S. stop.  


What to Bring:

Sunscreen, reusable water bottle, hat, sunglasses, reusable tote for goodies purchased from our amazing vendors, comfy shoes, good vibes, and a smile!
