About This Event

Explore and enjoy hands-on daily life on the Farm!

Together with your child, come to the farm for a few hours of exploration and learning. One ticket per family (3 children per ticket) *if you want to bring more than 3 children please purchase 2 tickets.

Farmyard & Me inspires our youngest community member to care about the plante.

Along with a parent or guardian, small children experience hands-on activities with farmyard animals, gardening, creative art projects, and wilderness exploration. Little ones learn about healthy living and develop compassion for themselves, their families, their communitites, and the world.

Budding Beginnings (June 6th): Join us to get the farm planted and bursting with sprouts  for the coming summer.

Raising Baby Chicks (June 13th): Experience the awe of new life and learn to nurture, care for, and cuddle baby chicks.

Chef in the Garden (June 20th): Explore our amazing garden and taste some of the wonders growing there; mint, pineapple sage, chives, and more!

Alpaca Adventures (June 27th): Meet Sage and Indigo our resident Alpacas! Enjoy a unique opportunity to learn and interact with the alpacas at our Farm. 

Farmyard Parade (Thursday July 3rd): Join us at the farm on THURSDAY July 3rd to celebrate the Earth and our Farm at the FarmPark and on Friday see our "float" in the 4th of July parade!

Lambs & Looms (July 11th): Meet our amazingly sweet sheep! And learn about raising sheep and producing fiber art, spinning and weaving wool. 

Wonderful Willows (July 18th): Enjoy a unique opportunity to learn all about the wonderful world of willows, a fun natural resource that abounds in our valley. 

Earth Art (July 25th): Play with the rainbows of nature and rediscover the colorful world all around us! 

Pollination Exploration (August 1st): ​​​​​​Learn about the beauty of honey bees and their unique world while visiting wildflower fields, and exploring all the wild pollinators who live in our majestic environment. 

Goats, Butter, & Cheese (August 8th): It's a Goats Life: Get to know the goats at the Farm Collaborative! Learn directly from some of our favorite farmyard friends just how to care for them. Spending time getting to know the goats and have the opportunity to walk them on leashes and feed the babies. 

Happy Healthy Harvest-Fest! (August 15th): ​​​​​​Join us for a summer-celebration, and enjoy the fruits of a bountiful harvest! Celebrate the end of an amazing summer season with yummy Garden Tacos and giving our animals some tacos made just for them.
