The goal of Mama Blair's Basketball Camp is to provide our communities youth with the opportunity to attend a free basketball camp. The camp promotes fun, teamwork, self-esteem and a sense of community!
For more than 10 years, Joseph Blair’ Arizona Basketball Academy put on camps and clinics for underserved youth in Southern Arizona through the AZ Basketball Academy. These camps and clinics touched the lives of thousands of youth.
In 2024, Joseph (JB) will be returning to Tucson with some friends from the NBA to bring his camp back to Tucson! In partnership with Easterseals Blake Foundation, we will offer a free basketball camp to boys and girls ages 15-18.
This camp can accommodate 75 kids and priority will be given to youth who receive services through Easterseals Blake Foundation, Aviva Children’s services, The Boys & Girls Club of Southern AZ and the Pascua Yaqui and Tohono O'odham Nations. Each camper will receive a basketball, 2 t-shirts, a certificate, a team photo and a lunch & snack each day. This camp will rival camps that charge hundreds of dollars to attend.
