Sponsorship Details
Field House signs are durable, UV-gloss coated Sintra, and measure 32" wide x 24" high.
Outfield fence banners are mesh with stainless steel grommets. They feature reinforced hems and measure 6' wide by 3' high.
All signs and banners will have white backgrounds. School colors are preferred, but not required, for text.
Sponsorships are renewable each year by July 31st. If fees and renewal information are not received by July 31st at the end of a respective one (1)-, two (2)-, or three (3) -year term, signs / banners will be removed.
Late sponsorships may be accepted at the discretion of the ECA Athletic Director and Director of Development and Alumni Relations. However, any sponsorships received after May 1 will be put up after August 1 for the following school year.
