About This Event
Healthy desserts
Thursday, September 24 | 3:30-5pm & 5:30-7pm
Nourishing your body with healthy snacks doesn't mean giving up rich, satisfying flavors. In this class, we’re making two delicious, plant-based treats designed to support your body with healthy fats, natural fiber, and steady energy. First, we’ll craft a creamy, non-dairy berry cheesecake featuring a blend of soaked cashews, luscious coconut cream, and vibrant berries. Next, we’ll make a wholesome twist on classic Snickers bars using chewy dates, rich almond butter, and crunchy nuts for a naturally sweet, satisfying crunch. Both recipes are completely dairy-free, naturally sweetened, and easy to make whenever you need a comforting, nutrient-dense pick-me-up.
Pureed soup & delicious toppers (Registration Coming Soon)
Thursday, October 22 | 11am-12:30pm & 1-3pm
Crisp fall evenings deserve a cozy, nutrient-packed meal. In this class, we roast seasonal vegetables to bring out their deep, natural sweetness before blending them into a rich, velvety pureed soup. The real magic happens with the toppings. We’ll make 2 different toppers, savory crispy shiitake mushrooms, and a vibrant pistachio cream, to add layers of crunch and richness. It’s a simple, comforting dish that demonstrates how fun topping combinations can transform an easy vegetable soup into an extraordinary meal.
Healthy sides for Thanksgiving (Registration Coming Soon)
Thursday, November 12 | 3:30-5pm & 5:30-7pm
Elevate your holiday table this season with a fresh, vibrant twist on classic Thanksgiving sides that deliver big flavor without the heaviness. First, we’ll prepare Sweet and spicy roasted carrots, a flavor-packed vegetable dish that balances caramelized natural sweetness with a subtle kick. Next is a hearty wild rice pilaf—a savory, textural blend of nutty wild rice, earthy mushrooms, toasted pecans, leeks, and tart cranberries that serves as a beautiful, colorful alternative to traditional stuffing. Finally, we’ll round out the menu with an easy, vibrant roasted vegetable medley that brings effortless color and wholesome nutrients to your plate. These simple recipes prove that healthy holiday sides can be every bit as satisfying, beautiful, and memorable as traditional fare.
