2026 Gears and Grub Food Truck & Car Show

Please Note: This form is for car registration and is designed to help make check-in faster and more efficient. Completing the form ahead of time allows us to process your registration quickly upon arrival. A service fee may apply when using this form. 

Car Registration & Arrival Information

Vehicles may begin arriving on-site at 6:00 AM. Arrival by 12:00 PM is strongly preferred to ensure smooth event operations. 

Car Registration Fees:

Car registration is $25 online in advance and $30 on-site on the day of the event. Registering online helps speed up the check-in process.

Entry & Parking:

All registered cars should enter via Prosperity Drive.

Please follow directions from parking volunteers when parking your vehicle. Their role is essential to the success of the event, so we kindly ask that all participants follow their instructions carefully.

Check- In:

Once parked in the show car row, please visit the Registration Tent to receive your window show card.

Display your completed show card clearly on your windshield or dashboard so it is easily visible to the judges.

Tip: Plan to arrive early to avoid potential traffic and enjoy the show!
