  • Location: St. Peter's ParishLorain, OH

  • Cost: $35 per person. This cost helps us cover the expenses of bringing in a world-class speaker and worship leader to our community. Ages 18 and under are free.

Speaker - Bob Lesnefsky

Director of Evangelization

Franciscan University of Steubenville

Bob Lesnefsky is the Director of Evangelization at Franciscan University and has been a unique leader and voice in Catholic evangelization for twenty-five years.  In 2006, he started Vagabond Missions, a youth ministry non-profit that reaches out to inner-city teens with the love of Christ.  Bob is a husband and father of seven, ranging in age from 25-12, with his oldest two married.  In his free time, you can find him enjoying the beauty of God in his tree stand bow hunting or hanging out with his wife and kids.    

 

Worship Leader - Ben Walther

Vice President of Mission, Ministry and Pastoral Care

St. John Medical Center

A minister and speaker for over 25 years, Ben is invested in the mission of the New Evangelization.  After producing two albums as an independent Christian musician, Ben joined the Oregon Catholic Press family and released his album, “Make Your Home in Me,” in 2013.  It debuted at #12 on the iTunes Christian charts.  In June 2016, he released “Ablaze,” again partnering with Catholic music publisher, OCP. 

With bachelor and graduate degrees from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Walsh University respectively, Ben is honored to now serve as Vice President of Mission, Ministry and Pastoral Care at University Hospitals St. John Medical Center in Westlake, OH.  He and his wife and 7 children live in North Canton, Ohio.
