This course is intended for 8th grade girls and their moms/guardians. It will be held on three separate dates: February 6th, 13th, & 27th from 6-8pm. Attendance at all three is required.
A component of FEMM education, teenFEMM provides cycle information specific to teen girls.
During two classes you will learn:
The connection between hormones and health
How to track your cycles
Brain development and changing emotions
Lifestyle choices
Sexual health and STIs
