Everyday individuals in our community face challenges like food insecurity, homelessness, and transportation struggles that hinder their access to essential healthcare.

Your support of the Emergency Assistance Fund provides a lifeline for those in need, ensuring unmet needs are met and improving overall health and well-being.

In 2022, donations helped us:

• 15,692 bags of food through our Food for Life Food Pantry, equivalent to 329,532 meals
• Distribute $50 food vouchers to 1,500 individuals and families in need
• Offer Emergency housing support for over 1,300 patients and their families, preventing homelessness and promoting stability
• Provide urgent transportation for more than 3,750 patients, ensuring access to necessary healthcare.

Join our mission to serve as a beacon of hope for over 21,000 individuals annually, many of whom are living below the Federal Poverty Level.
