About This Event
Empty Bowls brings our community together to support neighbors in need and strengthen the mission of Lafayette Urban Ministry. In partnership with the Greater Lafayette Clay Guild, this event features beautiful handcrafted pottery that symbolizes the importance of compassion, community, and caring for one another.
Funds raised through Empty Bowls help sustain LUM programs that provide critical support to local families and individuals, including the food pantry, homeless services, financial assistance, and youth programs. Every day, LUM works to meet basic needs, reduce hardship, and provide hope to neighbors facing difficult circumstances.
Empty Bowls is more than a fundraiser; it is a powerful reminder that when a community comes together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We are thankful to Duncan Hall for assisting with space for this event as well as Buttery Shelf for catering.
Your $35 registration includes lunch and your choice of one piece of pottery.
Handicap parking will be available at Duncan Hall. Additional parking for this event is available at First Baptist Church, Trinity United Methodist Churc, and Lafayette Urban Ministry.
