About the Foundation

The Lompoc Hospital District Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing patient care, expanding access to services, and strengthening community health throughout Lompoc Valley Medical Center and the surrounding region.

Through strategic philanthropy, the Foundation provides essential funding for medical equipment, facility enhancements, patient-centered programs, and innovative initiatives that would not otherwise be possible through traditional healthcare funding alone. From supporting frontline caregivers with the tools they need, to investing in new technology and expanding access to specialty and primary care services, every contribution plays a direct role in elevating the quality of care available locally.

The Foundation also serves as a bridge between the hospital and the community—engaging donors, partners, and local leaders in meaningful ways to address evolving health needs. Whether funding preventative health programs, supporting maternal and pediatric services, or enhancing care for seniors and vulnerable populations, our focus remains on improving outcomes and ensuring that high-quality care is accessible close to home.

Every gift stays local—supporting the patients, families, and neighbors we serve every day.
