LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Thank You For Being A Guest of Enchanted Hills Napa

Enchanted Hills Napa is one of seven social enterprises operated by LightHouse. Enchanted Hills offers year-round retreat space for LightHouse programs, retreat groups, and provides a place for independent life skill training, as well as professional employment training for people who are blind or low vision. Since 1950, Enchanted Hills Camp has provided meaningful opportunities for blind individuals in a fun, challenging, woodsy, and accessible environment. Founded by Rose Resnick, a blind musician, educator and philanthropist, the camp was created to meet a vital need—a place where blind campers could explore, thrive, gain confidence and independence, and forge lifelong friendships. Our goal is to raise $750,000 in camperships to support more blind campers of all ages to attend Enchanted Hills. On average, it costs $2,500 for one week of camp. While our goal is to secure at least 300 campership sponsors, gifts of any amount are deeply appreciated and help make camp accessible to more blind and low-vision individuals.
