EOLCNY Volunteer Training- Direct Support

This training is designed for those who want to provide direct, one-on-one support for New Yorkers who reach out to us. This training will include an overview on skills like listening, using silence, providing a calm presence, talking points, and other tools for supporting those who are facing death. We will do a couple of role plays and hear from one another about your own gifts and talents you bring to this work.
