  • Sleeping Bag and pillow
  • Water Bottle
  • Medications
  • Toiletries (Shower before you come)
  • Wear clothes to sleep in.  Avoid changing clothes.
  • Headphones, charger and phone
  • Power bar or other small snack to keep in your bag
