Celebrate Mother’s Day in style with an unforgettable evening of fine wine, artful cuisine, and community at Art Center Waco.

Guests will dine inside the Beard Gallery, surrounded by the beauty of selected pieces from the Flora Cameron Collection, creating an immersive experience that blends culinary artistry with visual inspiration.

Join us on Thursday, May 7 at 6 PM for a multi-course dinner crafted to delight the senses and honor the mothers who inspire us.   This intimate dining experience is only available to 40 individuals.  

Menu Highlights:

• Appetizer – Cocktail Hour: Shrimp Coktel Verde, Elote Cup
• Salad Course: Xec – Jicama, Orange, Grapefruit, Lime, Cilantro
• Second Course: Poblano Pepper Stuffed with Chicken Mole
• Main Course: Carne Asada, Oaxaca Cheese Enchilada in Red Chile Sauce, Roasted Calabaza
• Dessert: Flan Napolitano
• Want to elevate your experience even further?  You and up to seven guests may dine in the Cameron Gallery with the likes of Chagall, Pho, and Bauman surrounding you.  This level is available for one table of two to eight persons at a rate of $300 per person.
