Crafting Change - May Charity Project

Stitch something meaningful at a charity crafting session led by the Yarn Bank. We’ll be making cat toys and blankets for Kingdom Animal Shelter.

All supplies are available at The Yarn Bank, but you’re welcome to bring your own. If you already have a pattern you enjoy, feel free to use it. Yarns of any weight work well when matched with the right needle or hook size. If you need any help, The Yarn Bank is happy to assist.

Pattern Specs and Suggestions:

Blankets

• Size: 20"-22" by 14"- 22"
• Machine washable and dryable - acrylic and/or cotton yarn preferred
• Use patterns without too many holes (granny squares not recommended)

• Fiber and fillling must be made from wool or cotton
• Tightly worked so stuffing doesn't come out
