Mind-Body Connection: The Science & Practice of Heart Touch

The Mind-Body Connection course explores the profound relationship between mental and physical health, focusing on how the nervous system, respiration, and emotions impact our well-being. Participants will dive into the science behind The Heart Touch Method, learning techniques like stress-reduction activities, guided visualizations, and touch protocols to enhance their presence and support patients facing serious illness or end of life. Completion of The Heart Touch Method is recommended before taking this course. CEUs are available for massage therapists, RNs, CNAs, HHAs, and chaplains. This training is designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the mind-body connection and its applications in healthcare.
