The Citizen Science Committee will conduct a bioblitz at the FODR Rhodes Property. The primary goal is to identify and record as many different species of plants, animals, fungi, and other organisms as possible. This is a members only event (not a member? Signup here). A bioblitz is fun and you will learn a lot about nature and about methodologies important to citizen science. Those who sign-up will receive more information and directions a few days before the event.
There are no restroom facilities available. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Wear shoes or boots to keep your feet dry in case of rain or muddy conditions, and consider long pants and tick protection if you have them. Bring gloves, a snack, and water. We kindly ask that you leave your dog at home.
