What to Expect 

Event Timeline

• 5:00 p.m. – Social Hour
  Enjoy cocktails and mocktails while connecting with old friends and making new ones.
• 6:00 p.m. – Dinner & Program
  Gather for a delicious meal and an inspiring program featuring:
  • Stories of lives transformed
  • Celebrate community partners
  • A vision for the future as we continue building inclusive communities where everyone belongs

Seating & Sponsorships
This year, we’re introducing assigned seating for a smoother, more welcoming experience:

• RSVP as an Individual Guest and be seated with other attendees.
• Become a Table Sponsor to host a table (up to 8 seats) of friends, family, or colleagues.
• Or a Hospitality Sponsor by sponsoring a Pleasant View House/Program Table (up to 8 seats), making it possible for individuals we support and their Direct Support Professionals to attend.

Food & Drinks
Cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased during social time, followed by a full dinner.

Dress
Business casual to semi-formal attire is welcome.

Giving Opportunity
Guests will have the opportunity to support Pleasant View’s mission during the evening through check or QR code giving.

Accessibility & Parking
The Madison Hotel is fully accessible. Complimentary parking is available in the hotel’s garage with banquet validation. If you have specific accessibility or dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP.
