Registration ends Saturday, 10/12/2024 11:59pm PDT

About This Event

The second annual 2024 Run for Hope is a family-friendly event in recognition and celebration of Domestic Violence Awareness Month presented by the partners of the Family Justice Center of Washington County collaborative.

We are almost at capacity for runners, no day-of walk-ups will be permitted. Please register online before we hit capacity!

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend! In addition to a 5k run or walk, food trucks, a DJ, bouncy house, face painting, a resource fair, emergency responder vehicles to explore, and more will be available.

Community members are welcome to attend without participating in the 5k.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month is represented by purple and purple ribbons. Prizes will be given to participants for wearing their finest, most creative, and fantastically festive purple outfits!

5k Run/Walk

All participants in the 5k Run/Walk must register (minors included) in advance. Numbered bibs and swag bags can be picked up at the Check-in table on the day of the event. If you are registering to receive an event t-shirt, you may pick up when you check-in on the day of the event.

This 5k is for people of all ages, abilities, and ADA accessible! Specific lanes will be designated for faster paces and slower paces. This event is not a sponsored timed race. Participants interested in timing their run are invited to self-time (using a GPS watch or an app such as Strava or Pacer), and a large race clock will be provided at the start/finish line as well. Participants can also stop the 5k at any time for any reason.

Water will be available and stations will be located around the race perimeter.
