Learn to bird and ID birds!
Learn how to identify birds by sight, sound, behavior, and habitat through family-friendly interactive activities with Plumas Audubon Society's Education Coordinator, Mikayla Eager. Test your new birding skills with a "Pictionary" style game and then test them in the field with a beginner bird walk around the Nature Center.
Geared towards families with children, but open to any beginner birder! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
This event is free thanks to the Arts in CA Parks grant program.
