Storytime + Cocoa + Crafts
Preschoolers (ages 3–5) can explore the wonderful world of shells through a special storytime featuring the book Seashells: More Than a Home by Melissa Stewart and Sarah S. Brannen. Together, we’ll learn how shells protect, disguise, and help animals move through the ocean!
After the story, little learners get hands-on by decorating their own “shell” craft to take home, and can search our exhibits for different types of shells.
To help cover the cost of supplies registration is $5 per child with one free adult included in the admission price of each child. Each additional adult is $6. FREE for Members.
