Hope on the Field Gala - November 13, 2026

Join us for the Michigan Parkinson Foundation’s Hope on the Field Gala, an evening of purpose and impact at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions.

Date: Friday, November 13
Location: Ford Field (Gate G), 2000 Brush St., Detroit, MI 48226
Time: 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Attire: Cocktail attire is recommended. Suggestions: Suit and tie for men, formal dresses or pant suits for women

Parking: The Gala will be held at Ford Field, Gate G. There will be a complimentary valet service available in front of Gate G. Self parking is also available at the Ford Field Parking Deck (1902 St. Antoine St.)

Since 1983, the Michigan Parkinson Foundation has remained an independent nonprofit committed to improving the lives of people with Parkinson’s and their families across Michigan. We rely on private donations and grants to make our work possible, and your support truly matters.

Thanks to generous contributions, we provide:

  • Over 13,000 hours of respite care annually

  • Exercise programs led by licensed physical therapists, six days a week

  • In-person and virtual educational programming

  • More than 75 support groups across the state

  • One-on-one mentorship and family support resources

$50,000 Presenting Sponsorship (Funds Full Mission Including Respite Care for 25 Families)*

  • Event will be referred to as Hope on the Field Gala presented by YOUR COMPANY on all promotional material including the event invitation, printed and electronic media and event signage
  • Reserved premium seating for two tables totaling twenty (20) tickets
  • Company acknowledgement on all program promotional materials
  • Full-page color ad on the inside or outside front or back cover of the commemorative book
  • Acknowledgement of COMPANY’s support on the Michigan Parkinson Foundation’s official event invitation, website, event media, and quarterly newsletter

$25,000 Punch Out Parkinson’s Sponsorship (Funds Daily Parkinson Exercise Classes)

  • Premium seating for two tables totaling twenty (20) tickets
  • Full page color ad in the event commemorative book
  • Company acknowledgment on all program promotional materials
  • Prominent placement on official event invitation and in all event media

$10,000 Patient Education Sponsorship (Funds Monthly Education Programs)

  • Seating for one and a half table of fifteen (15) tickets
  • Half page color ad in the event commemorative book
  • Company acknowledgement on all program promotional materials
  • Prominent placement on official event invitation and in all event media

$5,000 Parkinson’s Partner Sponsorship (This sponsorship donates Two (2) Tickets to the event for Parkinson’s Patients on a first come first serve basis)

  • Ten (10) tickets to the event (full table)
  • Quarter page color ad in the commemorative program book
  • Company acknowledgement on all program promotional materials

$2,500 Support Group Sponsorship (Funds Six Support Group Grants)

  • Eight (8) tickets to event
  • Name listed in the commemorative program book

$1,500 Host Committee Sponsorship

  • Two (2) tickets to event
  • Name listed as part of the Honorary Host Committee on invitation, website, and event materials

$250    Individual Ticket

$100     Individual ticket for people with Parkinson’s and for care partners (price per ticket)
