Why Sponsor Fido Fest?
Fido Fest brings together hundreds of animal lovers for a fun, community-focused event - and gives your business meaningful visibility while supporting animals in need. Sponsors are featured across our marketing campaign, including our website, social media, email outreach to thousands of adopters, volunteers, and supporters, and promotional materials throughout the community.

Since 1997, Humane Tomorrow has helped thousands of homeless, abused, and unwanted animals through spay/neuter programs, adoptions, and public education. Proceeds from Fido Fest support lifesaving work, including our Mercy Fund, which provides critical medical care for injured and ill animals, and our ongoing efforts to rescue and rehome animals in need.

Humane Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; all contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

SPONSORSHIP/VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES 

All sponsors receive the opportunity to host an exhibitor space at Fido Fest and connect directly with attending families and pet lovers.

• $100 | Exhibitor
  Approximately 10’x10’ booth space and business name listed on the event webpage.

  • Approved non-profit/501(c)(3) organizations may have an Exhibitor space for free. 

• $150 | Group Stage Pup
  Exhibitor benefits, plus inclusion of promotional items in fun walk swag bags, and business name on web page for one year (with live link), event t-shirts and posters.

• $250 | Quarterfinal Canine
  Group Stage Pup benefits with small logo placement on event t-shirts, posters, and webpage, plus two free one-mile fun walk registrations (including t-shirts).

• $500 | Semifinal Snoozer
  Quarterfinal Canine benefits with medium logo placement on event t-shirts, posters, and web page, plus priority booth space placement at the event, one live announcement at the event, and five free one-mile fun walk registrations (including t-shirts).

• $1,000 | World Pup Finalist
  Semifinal Snoozer benefits with large logo placement on event t-shirts, posters, web page, and handbills, plus banner display at the event, two live announcements at the event, and ten free one-mile fun walk registrations (including t-shirts).

• $2,000 | World Pup Champion (Exclusive Co-Sponsor)
  World Pup Finalist benefits, plus premier billing alongside Humane Tomorrow, top logo placement on event t-shirts, posters, website, and handbills, three live announcements at event, and twenty free one-mile fun walk registrations (including t-shirts).

REGISTRATION 

To participate:

1. Complete the registration form. 

2. Pay (unless non-profit/501c3 Exhibitor) by credit card or check.

Registration will not be considered complete until payment is received. 

• For Group Stage Pup ($150) level and above, any promotional item/materials for fun walk swag bags must be submitted by April 10. 
• For Quarterfinal Canine ($250) level and above, the registration form must be completed and payment received by March 27 to guarantee presence on print advertising, including t-shirts. Additionally, logos must be emailed to fidofest@humanetomorrow.org by March 27 to be included on print graphics. Please send the logo as both a one-color Photoshop .eps file (for highest quality on t-shirts) and a full color .png file (for use on the event poster and webpage).
• A letter of receipt will be e-mailed to you to confirm your sponsorship donation.
